This health and wellness package includes: Initial 60-minute consultation via Zoom, interpretation of a comprehensive nutrition and lifestyle intake form along with a 3-day food diary. You will receive two assessments of metabolic health, conducted at the start and at the end of the program. A personalized support plan will be created for you, featuring a 1-week dietary and lifestyle plan that includes a list of foods to eat and avoid. Additionally, there will be an introduction and implementation of intermittent fasting through a 15-minute one-on-one meeting. To ensure your success, four 30-minute consultations via Zoom will be held over a 30-day period to track your progress and address any issues, ideally on a weekly basis but tailored to your preference.
This health and wellness package includes: Initial 90-min+ follow-up, two 60-minute consultations via Zoom. It features a comprehensive nutritional assessment through an intake form and a 3-day food diary. You'll receive three assessments of metabolic health at the start, at the end of month one, and after three months of the program. A personalized dietary plan for two weeks will be provided, which includes a full list of foods to eat and avoid. During the first month, you will have access to personalized support via WhatsApp (10 am to 4 pm) to address your daily questions and provide the support you need. The program also includes the introduction and implementation of intermittent fasting, complemented by monthly 15-minute 1-2-1 meetings. Furthermore, you will receive education and practical tips on how to sustain your achievements for the future. Lastly, there will be nine 30-minute consultations via Zoom over a 3-month period to track progress and discuss any issues.
