Additionally, I suffered from Reynolds disease, for which medical doctors also provided no solutions either. It wasn't until I committed to a low-carb diet for approximately six months that I noticed a significant improvement in my Reynolds symptoms. Moreover, given my family's history of type 2 diabetes and heart diseases, following a low-carb diet has enabled me to maintain my metabolic health, which is a crucial aspect of health and wellness.
Now, three decades later, I’m a content and vibrant over 60-year-old woman who has spent the majority of her life free from pain and health issues, all thanks to the power of appropriate nutrition. Inspired by my personal success, I pursued higher education in nutrition and health, equipping myself with the knowledge and expertise to conduct nutritional assessments and provide personalized support to others.
